1. Acceptance

2. Eligibility & Account

  • You must be 18+ to place orders.
  • You are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality and for activities under your login.

3. Products, Pricing & Availability

  • We strive for accurate product details and pricing; errors may occur.
  • Prices are in INR and inclusive/exclusive of taxes as indicated at checkout.
  • Availability is subject to change without notice; we may limit quantities.

4. Orders & Payment

  • We reserve the right to accept/refuse/cancel any order (e.g., for pricing errors, stock issues, suspected fraud).
  • Payments are processed via secure gateways; by paying, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected method.

5. Shipping, Risk & Delivery

  • Shipping terms are per our Shipping Policy.
  • Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to your address per courier scan.

6. Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting support. Once dispatched, the Replacement Policy applies.

7. Replacement Policy

  • No returns or refunds. Damage-on-arrival replacements only, per our Return / Exchange Policy.

8. User Content (Reviews/Photos)

  • By submitting reviews or photos, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to display and use that content on our platforms.
  • You must not post unlawful, infringing, or misleading content.

9. Intellectual Property

  • All site content (logos, images, text, designs) is our property or used with permission.
  • You may not copy, reproduce, or exploit content without prior written consent.

10. Prohibited Use

  • No misuse of the site: malware, scraping, spamming, fraud, or any activity violating law or these Terms.

11. Warranty Disclaimer

  • Products and services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the fullest extent permitted by law.

12. Limitation of Liability

  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
  • Our aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the order value of the product in question.

13. Indemnity

  • You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the site or breach of these Terms.

14. Force Majeure

  • We are not responsible for delays/failures due to events beyond our reasonable control (natural disasters, strikes, regulations, etc.).

15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
  • Subject to applicable law, disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi, India.
