Return / Exchange Policy (Replacements Only)

No returns or refunds. Replacements are offered only for damaged products reported within 48 hours.

1. Policy Overview

  • We do not accept returns or issue refunds.
  • We offer replacement only if the product is received damaged and the issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery.

2. Replacement Eligibility

A replacement request will be considered if:

  • The item is damaged on arrival.
  • The product is unused, with original tags, invoice, and packaging intact.
  • You provide proof of damage (unboxing photos/videos clearly showing the outer package and the product).

3. How to Report Damage (within 48 hours)

4. Assessment & Approval

  • Our team reviews the evidence within 2 business days.
  • On approval, we’ll arrange a pickup of the damaged item or guide you on secure return packaging.

5. Replacement Timeline

  • Once the damaged item is received and verified, a replacement is dispatched within 6–7 business days.
  • If the same item is out of stock, we’ll offer an equivalent replacement of similar value/design.

6. Customer Responsibilities

  • Keep all original packaging until your request is resolved.
  • Share clear photos/videos as requested for faster assessment.
  • Ensure the pickup package is securely sealed
