- We offer replacement only if the product is received damaged and the issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery.
2. Replacement Eligibility
A replacement request will be considered if:
- The item is damaged on arrival.
- The product is unused, with original tags, invoice, and packaging intact.
- You provide proof of damage (unboxing photos/videos clearly showing the outer package and the product).

Requests received after 48 hours of delivery cannot be accepted.
4. Assessment & Approval
- Our team reviews the evidence within 2 business days.
- On approval, we’ll arrange a pickup of the damaged item or guide you on secure return packaging.
5. Replacement Timeline
- Once the damaged item is received and verified, a replacement is dispatched within 6–7 business days.
- If the same item is out of stock, we’ll offer an equivalent replacement of similar value/design.
6. Customer Responsibilities
- Keep all original packaging until your request is resolved.
- Share clear photos/videos as requested for faster assessment.
- Ensure the pickup package is securely sealed
